Revised: August 11, 20261. Terms and Definitions1.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
1.2. Blocking of personal data — the temporary suspension of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary to clarify the personal data).
1.3. Personal data information system (PDIS) — a set of databases containing personal data, together with the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
1.4. Confidentiality of personal data — the obligation of the Operator and other persons who have gained access to personal data not to disclose such data to third parties and (or) distribute it without the consent of the personal data subject or other lawful grounds.
1.5. De-identification of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific subject.
1.6. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions performed with personal data, whether or not using automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, disclosure, access), including cross-border transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction.
1.7. Personal Data Operator (Operator) —

1.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
1.9. Assignment of personal data processing — the Operator's engagement of another person to process personal data on the basis of an agreement concluded with that person, where the legally required grounds are present.
1.10. Disclosure of personal data / access to personal data — actions aimed at revealing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
1.11. Distribution of personal data — actions aimed at revealing personal data to an indefinite group of persons.
1.12. Website — a set of computer programs and other information accessible via the "Internet" network under the domain name world.firepro.ru (including the world.firepro.ru/ru section) and related addresses. The owner of the Website is Pozhtekhnika-Proekt LLC.
1.13. Consent to the processing of personal data — the expression of will of the personal data subject, confirmed by checking the corresponding box (checkbox) on the Website and (or) by clicking a specially designated button. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected (it is unchecked by default); a form containing personal data cannot be submitted without explicitly checking the box.

1.15. Destruction of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the PDIS and (or) the physical media containing the personal data are destroyed.
1.16. Cookie file (a "cookie") — a small piece of data stored by the browser on the user's device when visiting the Website.
1.17. Personal data subjects — individuals who are visitors to the Operator's Website.
1.18. Website visitor — an individual who accesses the Website via the "Internet" network, whether registered or unregistered.
2. General Provisions2.1. This Policy Regarding the Processing of Personal Data of Website Visitors (hereinafter — the Policy) is an internal document of the Operator and defines the procedure for processing and the measures for protecting the personal data of Website visitors.
2.2. The Policy is made publicly available on the Website in accordance with Part 2, Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter — Law No. 152-FZ).
2.3. The Policy was developed taking into account:
- Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation;
- Law No. 152-FZ;
- Federal Law No. 149-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection";
- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1119 of November 1, 2012;
- other mandatory regulatory legal acts and clarifications issued by authorized bodies in the field of personal data protection.
2.4. Information on the Operator's inclusion in the register of personal data operators is published on the official Roskomnadzor resource:

- to receive information about the processing of their personal data;
- to access their personal data;
- to have their personal data clarified, blocked, or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- to appeal against actions (or inaction) of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or in court;
- to protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and (or) moral harm.
3.2. A personal data subject is obliged to:
- provide accurate personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing;
- promptly notify the Operator of any changes to the personal data provided.
3.3. Employees of the Operator who are authorized to process personal data:
- are granted access only to the data necessary for the performance of their job duties;
- are required to comply with the requirements of the law and the Operator's internal documents;
- review requests from personal data subjects within the time limits established by Law No. 152-FZ.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing4.1. The Operator processes the personal data of Website visitors for the following purposes:
- reviewing requests submitted via the "Submit Request" form posted on the Website, and providing a response to the requester;
- analyzing user behavior, collecting website traffic statistics, and using web analytics tools (including the "Yandex.Metrica" service) to evaluate the website's performance and improve it.
4.2. In cases provided for by law, processing may be carried out without a separate consent from the personal data subject, including for the conclusion and performance of a contract at the subject's initiative.
5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data5.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data are:
- the consent of the personal data subject;
- the necessity of performing a contract to which the personal data subject is a party (as a beneficiary or guarantor);
- other grounds provided for by Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ.
6. Categories of Subjects and Scope of Personal Data Processed6.1. Category of subjects: Website visitors.
6.2. Personal data processed (via the "Submit Request" form):
- name;
- contact phone number;
- e-mail address.
6.3. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.
6.4. The following technical and analytical data may be processed automatically:
- IP address;
- cookie file data;
- information about the browser, operating system, interface language, and screen parameters;
- visited pages, session duration, referral sources and exit points;
- aggregated information about the user's country and region.
Retention period for the personal data specified in clause 6.2: until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than
1 (one) year from the date of the last interaction with the subject, or
30 (thirty) calendar days from the date consent is withdrawn — whichever occurs first.
Retention period for the data specified in clause 6.4: up to
1 (one) year from the date it is received, or
30 (thirty) calendar days from the date consent to the use of cookies and analytics tools is withdrawn.
7. Procedure and Conditions for Processing Personal Data7.1. Personal data is processed with the consent of the subject, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. Processing is carried out predominantly by automated means.
7.3. Only authorized employees of the Operator have access to personal data.
7.4. Personal data is obtained:
- via the "Submit Request" form on the Website;
- through voluntary submission by the user;
- automatically when visiting pages of the Website (cookies, analytics).
7.5. Cookie files are used to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, for analytics, and to improve the user experience. Users may restrict the use of cookies in their browser settings; certain functions of the Website may then become unavailable.
7.6. Personal data may be transferred to third parties only where there are lawful grounds for doing so and to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
7.7. Personal data is stored on the territory of the Russian Federation.
7.8. Once the processing purposes have been achieved, or upon withdrawal of consent, personal data shall be destroyed within a period not exceeding
30 (thirty) calendar days, unless otherwise provided by law or contract.
7.9. The Website may use the
"Yandex.Metrica" web analytics service to analyze traffic and user behavior. Use of the service is based on the user's consent, expressed via the cookie banner upon their first visit to the Website. Until consent is obtained, non-essential cookies and analytics tools are not activated.

https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/ru/7.10. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data, except where such transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract with the personal data subject and (or) is expressly required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. Handling Requests from Personal Data Subjects8.1. A personal data subject has the right to send a request to the Operator:

8.2. The request must contain the information required under Article 14 of Law No. 152-FZ, including details of an identity document of the subject (or their representative), and information confirming the subject's relationship with the Operator.
8.3. The Operator reviews requests and provides a response within the time limits established by Law No. 152-FZ.
8.4. Where incompleteness, inaccuracy, or unlawful processing is confirmed, the Operator shall amend, block, or destroy the personal data within the time limits established by law.
8.5. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by sending a written request to the e-mail address
info@pp-fire.ru marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
Upon receiving the withdrawal request, the Operator shall cease processing (or ensure that processing is ceased by the party processing the data on its behalf) and shall destroy the personal data within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days, provided there are no other lawful grounds for continuing to process the data.
9. Measures to Protect Personal Data9.1. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, disclosure, distribution, and other unlawful actions.
9.2. These measures include:
- adopting internal regulations governing the processing and protection of personal data;
- appointing persons responsible for personal data protection;
- restricting and logging access to personal data;
- training employees;
- internal monitoring of compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.
10. Liability10.1. The Operator and persons found guilty of violating personal data legislation shall be held liable in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including administrative liability under Article 13.11 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses.
10.2. The Operator takes measures to minimize the volume of personal data processed and to ensure its timely destruction once the processing purposes have been achieved.
