Consent to personal data processing Yandex

By this document, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Pozhtekhnika-Proekt LLC (OGRN 1167746106285), located at: 129626, Moscow, Alekseevsky municipal district, Prospekt Mira, 102, building 34, floor 3, office 302, (hereinafter — the Operator), to process my personal data on the following terms:
1. List of personal data: IP address; cookie file data; information about the browser, operating system, interface language, and screen parameters; visited pages, session duration, referral sources and exit points; aggregated information about the user's country and region.
2. Purposes of processing:

• ensuring the technical functionality, security, and availability of the website world.firepro.ru;
• analyzing user behavior, collecting website traffic statistics, and using web analytics tools (including the "Yandex.Metrica" service) to evaluate the website's performance and improve it.

3. Actions performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (disclosure, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — using automation tools or without them.
4. Persons who may be engaged to process the data:

• Yandex LLC (the "Yandex.Metrica" service) — provided I have given my consent to the use of cookies and analytics.

5. Validity period of the consent: until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than 1 (one) year from the date the data was provided, or until the consent is withdrawn — whichever occurs first.
6. Procedure for withdrawing consent: send a written request to info@pp-fire.ru with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". The Operator shall cease processing and destroy the data within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the withdrawal request is received, unless otherwise provided by law.
