Consent to personal data processing

By this document, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Pozhtekhnika-Proekt LLC (OGRN 1167746106285), located at: 129626, Moscow, Alekseevsky municipal district, Prospekt Mira, 102, building 34, floor 3, office 302, (hereinafter — the Operator), to process my personal data on the following terms:
1. List of personal data: name; phone number; e-mail address.
2. Purposes of processing:

• receiving and reviewing requests submitted via the "Submit Request" form on the Operator's website, and providing a response to them.

3. Actions performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (disclosure, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — using automation tools or without them.
4. Persons who may be engaged to process the data:

• Yandex LLC (the "Yandex.Metrica" service) — provided I have given my consent to the use of cookies and analytics;

5. Validity period of the consent: until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than 1 (one) year from the date the data was provided, or until the consent is withdrawn — whichever occurs first.
6. Procedure for withdrawing consent: send a written request to the e-mail address info@pp-fire.ru with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data", or by postal mail to the Operator's address. The Operator shall cease processing and destroy the personal data within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the withdrawal request is received, unless otherwise provided by law.
7. I confirm that I have read the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy and understand the consequences of giving this consent.
